Nutrition Counseling
A healthy diet is not one size fits all. That’s why a certain way of eating might work for some, but not for others. Of course, there are standards that apply to almost everyone, such as eating more vegetables and avoiding processed foods. But the in-between can differ greatly from person to person, condition to condition, and goal to goal.
Your current state of health greatly dictates what you should and shouldn’t eat. Even to simply maintain good health, there are different styles of eating that are scientifically proven to be beneficial. But when eating to try and correct a disease/dysfunction, or to put a disease into remission, the diet can become very specific.
That’s where we come in. Dr. Nicole and her nutritionists will help you find what foods, portions, and meal timing are most nourishing for your health needs and your lifestyle. They will help you uncover any unknown food intolerances or allergies as well. It isn’t our goal to simply tell you what to eat and what not to eat, but to guide and support you in finding a way of eating.
